Biography:

Stephen Huxford has held a number of positions in commercial IT installations ranging from analyst/programmer IT manager. Resulting from this experience, he is a strong advocate of a formalised approach to all aspects of the application development cycle and emphasises this in his university teaching.

His fields of interest are Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERPs) especially SAP R/3, data mining, rule discovery and other business applications of genetic algorithms. monashuserbiography: Active as an information systems consultant, he has developed several major PC based business systems and participated in several SAP R/3 projects.
