Each year, both continuing students and students returning from study leave (intermission) must re-enrol in all units for both semester one and semester two using the Web Enrolment System (WES). This can only be done when WES is open, during the re-enrolment period. Timely re-enrolment occurs between early October and mid-November each year. See below for this year's dates and details for:
A fine applies for late enrolment, and failure to enrol will result in losing your place at Monash University.
Some students may be required to re-enrol manually. Faculty offices will contact these students with specific re-enrolment information.

Before accessing WES, you should ensure you have carefully read the re-enrolment information provided on your individual course entry. Please check information about your chosen course on our course information page.
Select your units
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all course regulations and requirements. You are required to check that all prerequisite and co-requisite unit requirements are met.
Log in to WES and re-enrol in your selected units (both core and elective)
Remember to enrol for your full academic year. International students must be enrolled in a minimum of 24 credit points in each semester or teaching period.
