ARRANGEMENTS FOR BERWICK STUDENTS
Using your student email account, attach the loan form (see below) to an email with the title 'Equipment Loan' and send it to: bsit.admin@monash.edu. 24hours notice is required for bookings.
Loan dates/times must be strictly adhered to or penalties will apply.
* Alternative collection/return times are strictly by appointment only

Please note: Equipment should be returned to the BSIT Student Services office. Equipment will not be loaned out by anyone other than BSIT Student Services unless prior arrangements have been made.
ARRANGEMENTS FOR CAULFIELD STUDENTS
Please download and complete the Loan Form (see below). Bookings should be made through the Online Service Desk http://infotech.monash.edu.au/itsupport/onlineform/.
You should make a general request. In the additional information section, type in "Multimedia equipment loan Caulfield". Please attach the form to your request.
* 24 hour notice is required for bookings
Students should visit the CaSIT Tech Services counter at Building H level 6 Room 31 (H6.31). Loan dates/times must be strictly adhered to or penalties will apply.

Please recharge batteries and report any damage to the equipment so that it remains in optimal condition for other users.
